We have an exciting day planned at Youth Club, and we would love you to join us. There will be two separate groups running, so whether you have little ones or are a young person aged 10 to 18, there is something for you.
Parents & Toddler Group
If you have children aged 0 to 5, come along to our Parents & Toddler Group. It is a great opportunity for toddlers to play while parents and carers connect with others. There will be fun activities for little ones to enjoy in a friendly, welcoming space.
Location: the Basement, Deaf Action
Time: 11am – 1pm
Youth Club
For young people aged 10 to 18, we have a fantastic afternoon planned. We are excited to welcome Scottish comedian Lubna Kerr, who will be talking about bullying. She has already met with our older group and now wants to hear from you about your experiences. There may even be free tickets for her show at the Festival in August! She will be with us for around 40 to 50 minutes.
After that, we will have an Easter Egg Hunt and creative crafts.
Location: the Church, Deaf Action
Time: 12pm – 4pm
Remember to bring a packed lunch or grab something before arriving at Deaf Action, so you are ready to enjoy the afternoon.
Building community
If you are coming to the Youth Club, we would love for a few of you to meet the Parents & Toddler Group and share your experiences of Youth Club. It is a great way to connect with others and build our community.
We look forward to seeing you there!
