Empowering deaf people

Deaf people face significant and persistent employment inequalities, including lower employment rates and reduced income levels. Our service helps to empower deaf people to feel confident and reach their full potential.

Improve accessibility in the work place

Mainstream services often fail to meet deaf people’s communication and cultural needs. By working closely with organisations we can provide deaf awareness training and help educate employers on how to improve their accessibility for employees.
